One Nation Innovation is pleased to release this Call-to-Industry seeking innovative solutions to assist with the comprehensive assessment, design, procurement, installation, and maintenance of the Information Technology (IT) systems for our client's 30K square foot Innovation Center facility. We believe that the right IT solutions will enable our client to achieve their organization's objectives by enhancing and streamlining their communications, operations, processes, and workflows. We invite vendors to participate in this Call-to-Industry process and submit responses that showcase their experience, expertise, and capabilities in providing IT solutions. We seek a vendor who can create an innovative, scalable, and reliable IT infrastructure that meets our client's needs and adapts to future technological advancements.

The goal of this project is to support a 30K square foot Innovation Center facility located at Fort Liberty, North Carolina. We believe that the right AV solutions will enable our client to achieve their organization's objectives by enhancing and streamlining their operations, processes, and workflows. We invite vendors to participate in this Call-to-Industry process and submit responses that showcase their experience, expertise, and capabilities in providing Audio/Visual solutions. We seek a vendor who can create an innovative, scalable, and reliable AV infrastructure that meets our client's needs and adapts to future technological advancements.

XVIII Airborne Corps H2F User Interface/Exchange and Software Development Support

XVIII Airborne Corps (ABC) Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) needs a User Interface and Exchange that allows users, providers, and leaders to seamlessly collect and utilize data. This interface needs to be designed to encourage buy-in from all parties and should provide value added to each echelon of user. The User Interface application should be accessible by Civilian, and Government ingest points (both computer and cell phone). The exchange must safeguard PHI and PII and allow for the push and pull of data from DoD and non-DoD ingestion points. A fully functional application will skillfully provide insightful health and lethality reports and provide the user with a positive application experience. In addition to the primary effort, which is the H2F user interface and exchange, this software support should be prepared to assist with additional XVIII ABC software efforts and provide support to the XVIII ABC software developers as required.

XVIII Airborne Corps: H2F Data Problem Set

Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) needs data to be cataloged and maintained at the XVIII Airborne Corps (ABC) level to establish governance and human performance improvement over time. Additionally, machine learning and data interaction at the Corps & lower echelons will enable leaders and providers to leverage Human Performance (HP) data to improve readiness & lethality. This includes services/systems establishment, data processing, and governance processes IOT allow for future ML Ops at Army echelons to leverage the data. The architecture of this complex problem requires integration with Army systems and commercial front end products to work effectively.

H2F Human Performance Data Warehouse Project
"UPDATE 2: Administrative Changes to Submission Requirements." Submissions Due: 4 January 2023

To establish governance and optimize data-driven human performance (HP) improvements over time, the US Army’s Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) system needs disparate sourced data to be maintained and secured at the enterprise level. Additionally, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data interaction at the TRADOC/CIMT Headquarters, Corps, & lower echelons will enable senior leaders and H2F performance teams to leverage HP and health data to reduce attrition, improve readiness, and enhance Soldier lethality. In partnership with Army Futures Command Chief Information Office, Army Applications Lab, Army Software Factory, Data and Decision Sciences Directorate, Office of the Secretary of Defense Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Officer, DEVCOM Soldier Center, and the Center for Initial Military Training and Holistic Health and Fitness at Training and Doctrine Command, this effort will create, demonstrate, and transition an integrated data backbone for human performance governance across the entire force. This goal includes services/systems establishment, data ingestion, curation, processing, governance processes, and AI/ML Ops at Army echelons to leverage the data. Lethality and Fitness

One Nation Innovation Inc. is seeking planning, designing, and implementing of a lethality and fitness study and pilot program on behalf of the U.S. Army’s XVIII Airborne Corps supporting the 3rd Infantry Division (3ID) at Fort Stewart, GA. The selected contractor will be responsible for working with local 3ID units to develop a pipeline for training soldiers, NCOs, and leaders. Attached you will find the RFI-Lethality and Fitness requirement.
